Jaime Madrigal

Jaime Madrigal is a personal injury attorney and the founder of Madrigal Law, where he represents individuals and families harmed by negligence throughout California and Oregon. Jaime is committed to providing direct attorney access, clear communication, and compassionate guidance to clients during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Before founding Madrigal Law, Jaime gained valuable litigation experience handling complex personal injury matters, including cases involving serious injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, and motor vehicle collisions. He also worked on silicosis litigation on behalf of workers harmed by exposure to respirable crystalline silica.

Jaime’s practice is rooted in diligent advocacy, client-centered representation, and a commitment to helping injured people pursue the compensation they deserve. As a fluent Spanish speaker, Jaime proudly serves clients in both English and Spanish.

Jaime earned his J.D., cum laude, from Willamette University College of Law and is admitted to practice law in California and Oregon. Outside of work, Jaime enjoys spending time with his growing family and watching sports.
